A Wonderful Formula for School Teachers to Get a Promotion 

Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahib, Assalam-o-Alaikum! May Allah keep the shadow of His blessings on you and your generations and companions forever. Ameen. You have asked us to write our experiences for Ubqari. In this regard, I beg to state that I am a teacher according to my profession. In 2010, I got a job in the best school in the city as a teacher in which the children of Gujranwala and its suburbs used to come to study. I had to teach nursery class. In this class, almost all the children had come to study on a self-finance basis. That class was known as the “weeping class”. I worked with a senior teacher for a month. She would ask the children to pray every day. Then she used to recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi and children recited with her as well. Those were severely hot days of May and June.I saw with my own eyes that out of the window of the room the trees and plants would start swirling in the humid days. The gauze curtains of the room would start swaying. And even in load shedding, I wonder from where gusts of cold wind would come to the room? I got the nursery class in September. The actual teacher had gone on holiday. On the first day, I went to the class and every child was busy crying. The second head was secretively scrutinizing me. I would not understand anything. I tried to recite Durood Sharif in a rhythmic tone, but I was unsuccessful. Then I recited Durood-e-Ibrahimi and then I asked the children to recite after me. Then it became my daily routine. Consciousness, intelligence, knowledge, and wisdom came in the class from Allah. 

Those children who had succeeded in getting admission in the school on references or by paying money, excelled than the rest of the eight sections. Everyone was dumbfounded. Parents used to come to tell that their children had become capable of reading words of Urdu and English. Their writing and writing speed are better than the rest of the sections of the nursery (that school had nine sections of nursery at that time). The secret was that in the morning everyone would recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi together seven or eleven times. Because all the work would finish early, I would make the children recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi as many times as they could.
